Shipping and Returns
- Shipping is free for all orders. Please allow 3-5 business days from the order date for shipments to arrive.
- We do not ship to minors without parental consent.
- We do not ship internationally. We are working on it, check back with us soon!
- Yerba Organics is dedicated to providing the highest standard and quality products. If you aren’t satisfied with your results we will refund 105%* of the total order value minus shipping costs. Product must be returned within 10 days after shipping.
- If you have received a product with a defect, please reach out to us and we will guide you through the returns process. We may need to provide images of the damaged product for proper assessment.
- If the error is a result of our oversight, such as a damaged or incorrect product, we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.
- After receiving your return and inspecting your item. You should expect to receive your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.
- If you have not received your refund within 14 days, contact us. Please note that refunds may show up as reversals and not credits in your bank statement.

For all returns, we highly recommend that you provide us with a tracking number. We assume no responsibility for packages lost in transit without tracking. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
*105% refund is subjected to further assessment to qualify. You must fill out a short survey to receive the refund.
